LuckyWave KYC verification: documents and process
Reviewed on September 10, 2026
Why a check may be requested
KYC means Know Your Customer. LuckyWave states that identity verification can take place before withdrawal; publicly available information does not fully list the documents required in each case.
Typical documents
These are general KYC examples, not confirmed LuckyWave requirements. Upload only what your account asks for.
| Possible purpose | General example | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Passport or identity card | valid, complete and readable |
| Address | Recent bank statement or utility bill | name, address and date visible |
| Payment method | Requested proof of ownership | show sensitive details only as requested |
| Source of funds | Case-specific records | upload only through the protected channel |
The FAQ names Profile → Documents and PDF, GIF, JPEG/JPG, BMP, PNG and TIF up to 2 MB. Use straight, complete, glare-free images.
Upload and timing
Log in directly, read the exact request, check legibility and file size, upload only in the protected area, then check the status before resending. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full card-security data.
| KYC phase | Publicly stated time |
|---|---|
| Initial review | not published |
| Pending status | not published |
| Further processing after a query | not published |
If the status does not change, use the secure contact route with only a case number and upload time. Unclear images, expired ID, mismatched names or a third-party payment method can cause a query. See Payments and FAQ.
